Came in for brakes and pads. I wasn't oversold anything I didn't need and the price was very, very fair. While I was waiting, two other customers weren't charged for their minor repairs! Like I said, they were minor but it still took the mechanics a bit of time so it was extremely nice to not charge the customers. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful people. Fixed an issue on my car, and insisted on no payment saying it was a very minor fix, while others had asked for hundreds of $$$ for the same thing. Talked to two others customers who also had great things to say about them. Highly recommend.

My Ford Edge was really loud. I thought I needed a new muffler. I took it Ralph’s because it was the closest place to my house. I took it in on a Saturday morning and didn’t have to wait long at all. The problem wasn’t my muffler. It was a bad flex pipe. It was half what I was prepared to spend. They were efficient and friendly! I would recommend them!
