Came in for brakes and pads. I wasn't oversold anything I didn't need and the price was very, very fair. While I was waiting, two other customers weren't charged for their minor repairs! Like I said, they were minor but it still took the mechanics a bit of time so it was extremely nice to not charge the customers. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful people. Fixed an issue on my car, and insisted on no payment saying it was a very minor fix, while others had asked for hundreds of $$$ for the same thing. Talked to two others customers who also had great things to say about them. Highly recommend.

This shop has been absolutely great! I’ve experienced nothing but fast service, fair pricing, and honest communication from their team. I first brought in my GMC Terrain back in December to have the catalytic converter replaced. The work was completed in just one day, and the final cost actually came in under the estimate. In April, I began having more issues—several error codes pointed back to the exhaust system. I returned to the shop, and they replaced a few parts under warranty, again finishing the work within one day. Unfortunately, the vehicle started acting up again about a week later. My Ford Edge was really loud. I thought I needed a new muffler. I took it Ralph’s because it was the closest place to my house. I took it in on a Saturday morning and didn’t have to wait long at all. The problem wasn’t my muffler. It was a bad flex pipe. It was half what I was prepared to spend. They were efficient and friendly! I would recommend them!

Awesome experience. Called Ralph’s in Avon after being referred to them by three out of 11 companies I had previously called. Kurtis and his team did not disappoint. I brought in a 2008 Chrysler 300 C 5.7 wanted suitcase muffler replaced with two magnaflow magna packs and rear muffler delete connecting to 4 inch outlets. Kurtis reassured me that my car was in great hands and they got started. When I came to pick up the vehicle, Curtis was very personable and made sure that I was satisfied or in my case more than satisfied with the services that his company had provided.
